• Mobile app development starting at $750
• Website redesigns and updates
• Domain setup and hosting guidance
• SEO-optimized website structure

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Service Pricing

Our base pricing is $250 for a complete 5-page custom website and $750 for app development. Additional pages, features, or custom functionality may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon before project commencement. We may require a deposit before beginning work. Final payment is due upon project completion and your approval of the delivered work.

3.3 Additional Costs

Domain registration (approximately $12/year) and web hosting (approximately $5-15/month) are separate costs paid directly to third-party providers. We will help you set these up but these are not included in our design fee.

4. Project Delivery

4.1 Timeline

Most websites are delivered within 7-10 business days from when we receive your content (text, images, branding materials). Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness in providing materials and feedback.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all content for your website, including text, images, logos, and any other materials. Delays in providing content may extend the delivery timeline.

4.3 Revisions

Our base package includes a reasonable number of revisions during the design process. Extensive revisions or changes to the project scope after initial approval may result in additional charges.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the completed website including all custom code, design elements, and content. You are free to host, modify, and maintain your website as you see fit. You are never locked in to our services.

We retain the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and reference it as an example of our work, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

6. Website Content

You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide for your website (text, images, logos, etc.) does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from content you provide.

7. Use of Our Website

By using our website at 1865freemoney.com, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security
• Not submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
• Not use automated systems or bots to submit forms or scrape content
